Our expertise covers the entire lifecycle—from geotechnical feasibility and structural design to forensic engineering and operational maintenance. 


 Airfield engineering requires a higher level of precision than standard roadwork. For projects like the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) and the Aeropuerto del Golfo, we utilize Forensic Engineering to analyze soil subsidence and pavement fatigue. We design high-performance asphalt and concrete overlays that comply with ICAO Annex 14 and FAA standards, ensuring structural integrity for heavy aircraft operations under challenging geological conditions. 


 In high-impact industrial hubs like Etileno XXI in Coatzacoalcos, we provided the critical civil infrastructure necessary for the largest petrochemical complex in Latin America. This included heavy-duty industrial paving, specialized deep foundations for massive equipment, and large-scale earthworks (terracerías) designed to withstand aggressive chemical environments and extreme structural loads. 


 For high-volume corridors like the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, we focus on Pavement Management Systems (PMS). We conduct structural health monitoring and use high-precision tools to determine the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and friction coefficients. This allows us to implement preventive maintenance and structural reinforcements that extend the asset's lifespan and ensure maximum safety for commuters. 


 Our leadership is backed by a PhD-level understanding of Geotechnical Engineering. We are experts in mitigating differential subsidence and soil consolidation. Using advanced Rotary Core Drilling, CPT testing, and Geophysical Surveys, we characterize the subsoil with surgical precision to design foundations and embankments that remain stable in swampy, soft, or seismic terrains. 


 Yes. We operate under EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and EPCM models. This means we manage everything from legal permitting and environmental impact assessments to the final asphalt laying and site supervision.
